College of Africa (Pty) Ltd is registered as a private higher education institution in terms of section 54 (1)(c) of the Higher Education Act, 1997 (Act N° 101 of 1997), and Regulation 14(4)(a) of the Regulations for the Registration of Private Higher Education Institutions, 2016 in South Africa by the Department of Higher Education and Training. It’s Programes and sites of delivery are accredited by the Council on Higher Education and registered in South Africa and approved by the Registrar in terms of section 53(1)(b) of the Act and Regulation 20(c).
